Head Chef, Anthony McLernon, head chef has over 12 years experience and prior to taking over the restuarant in early 2006 he has worked in large hotels, function centres to small/medium restaurants in Perth. He has worked in culinary environments from modern Australian to fine Italian cuisine.

Anthony brings to your table, cuisine that has influences from years of working with other renowned chefs, producing meals from the freshest of produce and applying classical cooking techniques with simplicity being the key to his dishes.

Anthony's speciality is double-roasted duck, wood oven roasted baby goat and fresh seafood.

With a plethora of cuisines to taste from these days, Anthony has created a menu of modern Australian cuisine to catering for all types needs – whether it is a wood-fired oven pizza or the double-roasted duck, you'll find a good selection of choices to choose from.
